Sustainability

As a certified B Corp, we’re committed to high standards for both people and planet. To us, sustainability means using business as a force for good. It’s about making thoughtful choices that create real impact for our team, our clients, our community, and the world we share.

Impact areas

Environmental impact

We take ownership of our environmental footprint and work to reduce it wherever we can. That starts with knowing the facts – using annual GHG assessments to guide smarter, lower-impact choices in our everyday operations.

Client stewardship

Clients are at the centre of everything we do. We build strong partnerships by listening closely, acting on feedback, and upholding high standards for data security, transparency and trust.

Community engagement

We believe that achieving good health and wellbeing (SDG3) extends beyond the work we do for clients. That’s why we actively support our local community by donating our time, skills and energy to organisations driving meaningful change.

Team & culture

&Robin is powered by people. We’re building a supportive workplace where wellbeing and fresh ideas matter. Our evolving policies, positive culture and continuous growth help everyone thrive – both personally and professionally.

Environmental impact

We aim to lower our environmental impact wherever we can. Because small changes add up, we’re focused on practical steps that make a real difference. Each year, we measure our GHG footprint and break it down per client to track our progress. Here’s a snapshot of a few key initiatives helping to reduce our footprint:

Plugged into renewables

Our office runs on 100% renewable electricity – sourced mostly through direct supply, and partly backed by Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).

Moving smarter

We favour low-impact travel: using electric vehicles for local trips, limiting air travel, and benefiting from a central office location where most of the team walks, cycles, or takes public transport.

Materials that matter

When we support clients with branded production, we work with certified suppliers and prioritise sustainable materials. For our own office needs, we source locally wherever possible.
“Becoming a B Corp has been a meaningful step that challenged us to think carefully about sustainability and our role as a business. It’s given us a strong foundation to keep improving for people, planet, and progress.”
Gwynne Janssen, Account Director & Sustainability Lead

Client stewardship

What does our sustainability commitment mean for you as a client?

It means working with a partner who’s guided by impact, not just profit. As a certified B Corp, we meet high sustainability standards, which supports your procurement goals and helps you choose partners that align with your values. It also means we’re building a resilient and future-ready business, so you can count on us for the long term.

We prioritise collaborations that improve health outcomes, and we have made a clear commitment not to work with industries that go against our values, such as fossil fuels, gambling and weapons.

Community engagement

To support health and wellbeing in a broader sense, we believe in showing up for our community – not just through words, but through action. Each year, we donate a minimum of 85 hours of pro bono work to organisations making a difference, like Røde Kors and Epilepsiforeningen Danmark.

We also offer reduced hourly rates for qualified NGOs, charities and mission-driven startups that might not otherwise have access to agency support. On top of that, every &Robin team member gets two paid days off each year to volunteer for a cause they care about – because creating impact starts with making space for it!

Team & culture

Taking care of our people is where it all begins. We’re creating a workplace that supports both everyday life and big ambitions – through clear policies, time to recharge, and space to grow together.

Policies with people in mind

We’ve put practical policies in place to support real life – like private health and disability insurance, extended parental leave, and pension contributions for everyone on the team.

Walking, talking, Friday bar-ing

From wellness walks and 5K relays to Friday bars and team socials, we make time to connect and look after each other beyond project deadlines.

From intern to insight

We run a hands-on internship programme and regular company-wide learning sessions on topics like inclusive design, sustainability and industry developments.
